| The conversion between nitrating and potassium sulfate to prepare potassium nitrate had been industrialized. First; the effects of leaching time, solid-to-liquid ratio in the leaching process for sodium nitrate extraction were studied. The results show that the utilizable sodium nitrate leaching ratio from the nitratine reach90.2%, for leaching duration of10minutes and at the solid-to-liquid ration of1.0g.g-1. A new proposal of step-by-step spray is advanced, according to the result of leaching repeadly, based on the phase analysis, which increased the concentration of lixiviation up to29.58%at25℃, It can server as an experimental basis for the production of sodium nitrate from nitratine in industries.Then, the evaporation of the solution was studied; the method can increase the sodium nitrate concentration of the lixiviation. In the process of evaporation, due to the the precipitation of NaCl and Na2SO4, meanwhile, the sodium nitrate concentration of solution is non-saturation.At last, the separation of NaCl and Na2SO4from by-product was studied. On the higher temperature, the precipitation of Na2SO4was obtained. And, on the narmal temperature, the precipitation of NaCl was obtained. |
