| In recent years, it has met special complex formation in the process of new mineconstruction in our country. The fact that wellbore has to go through the rock formations withdifferent thickness, larger water content and lower intensity brings great difficulty to wellboreconstruction. Conducting the research on frozen rock mechanics features and interactionmechanism of frozen wall and sidewall in Mechanical field and temperature field hasimportant guiding significance on scientific reasonable design and construction process offrozen wall and the borehole wall in special complex strata.The paper is based on main shaft Hujiahe Frozen Engineering of frozen rock shaft inBinchang Group. Researching mechanical characteristics of frozen sandy rock through thelaboratory test, the paper obtains the rule of mechanical parameters under differenttemperature and confining pressure. The paper obtains the analytical solution of theinteraction relationship of the whole system of surrounding rock-frozen wall-the wall duringthe shaft construction. The paper gives the elastic and elastoplastic calculation method of frostheaving force and determines the thawing phase stress component of wellbore wall infreezing.The paper uses the finite element numerical simulation software ANSYS to simulate andanalyze the construction process of freezing shaft. The paper simulates the influence rule ofexcavation section high, the thickness of frozen wall and freezing temperature on sidewalldisplacement and frozen stress.The studies show that maximum deformation of well generallyappears in1/2section height, suggesting displacement monitoring stations of frozen wallinner surface located in1/2section height. Under unloading condition,the maximumdisplacement in frozen wall radial direction occurs in the well and decreases along the radialdirection of freezing wall. If we can timely make construction of outer wall,we can limit the radial displacement of frozen wall. |
