Because of the advantages of good strength,high efficiency and high material utilization,Crosswedge rolling forms the shaft widely range of applications.However,it doesn’t work well when Therolled larger length asymmetric shaft of the cross wedge rolling(CWR), due to the limited length ofthe mold mandrel, which can not be formed by symmetric rolling in the existing CWR device.Sothe technologies of CWR single-rolling asymmetric shaft has important theoretical significanceand application value.The paper research on the key technologies of asymmetric rolling by using the finiteelement simulation methods, main works that studying on forming laws of cross wedge rollingasymmetric shaft parts based on parity wedge had been done in this article,The main contents areas following:(1) By using the professional FE software DEFORM-3D, the forming process of the crosswedge rolling asymmetric shaft had been numerically simulated, the internal stress field, strainfield, rolling material flow and other information in the rolled part were gained, the differencebetween asymmetric rolling and symmetrical rolling deformation was clarified.(2) Forming metal-plastic, the temperature and the flow stress of the material.the flow patternis actually the interaction.the temperature changes caused by the thermal effect, in turn, impact thedeformation behavior of the deformation body. Order to be able to simulate metal formingprocesses, it should take into account.only coupled thermos-mechanical FEM simulation of crosswedge rolling asymmetric shafts part based on parity wedge.(3) Cross wedge rolling asymmetric shaft parts based on parity wedge forming process, thevariation of the heart of the stress and strain.the influence of the various parameters impact thestress and strain.(4)Cross wedge rolling asymmetric shaft parts based on parity wedge, some groups of axialforce were extracted, and the axial force equation was regressed. The primary and secondary effectof process parameters and their interactions on the axial force was analyzed.In this paper, the forming mechanism of asymmetric rolling based on parity wedge are studied,which provides foundation for high efficience,high material and accurate production of formingasymmetric shaft.
