Based on some photovoltaic enterprise waste water treatment station and underthe background of the improvement of the effluent standard, we study the existingproblems in the wastewater treatment station after a survey of site condition, carry outseveral schemes for the reconstruction and restart and debugging the system after thereconstruction. We also analysis the removal effect of the water quality indicatorsduring the stable operation of the water water treatment system and make acomparation with the operation before the reconstruction.The scale of the wastewater treatment system is36m3/h and the original emissionstandard of the wastewater is level3emission standards in the 《The integratedwastewater discharge standard》, which is also the GB8978-1996. The detailed test itemis COD≤500mg/L,BOD5≤300mg/L,SS≤400mg/L. The new emission standard of thewastewater is the local standard of the Shanxi province, which is the level2emissionstandards in the 《The integrated wastewater discharge standard of the Yellow Riverbasin(in Shanxi)》, or DB61/224-2011and the detailed test item is COD≤300mg/L,BOD5≤150mg/L,SS≤200mg/L.After a survey of site condition, the former treatment of the wastewater nearlycould meet the level3emission standard in the GB8978-1996. However, with theimplement of the DB61/224-2011, the original treatment of the wastewater couldn’tmeet the standard. The operation of the treatment program also faces the followingproblems: the increasing amount of the waste water, the unsteady pH of the wastewater,the single nutrition of the wastewater, the large amount of SS in the wastewater, theunuseful hydrolysis acidification unit、contact oxidation unit or second sedimentationtank. Aimed at these issues and according to the practical situation, severalreconstruction ideas are put out: setting an alarm device of the pH in front of thesedimentation tank, increasing the volume of the pre-sedimentation tank, addingnutrition elements, multi-influent to the contact oxidation unit and the coagulation infront of the second sedimentation tank.The system is restarted after the reconstruction. The microbe in biological system is restarted by synchronous cultivation and domestication method and inoculation ofcultivation method. The inoculated active sludge is from the sewage treatment plantnearby. The start-up period of the hydrolysis acidification unit is about72days whilethe contact oxidation unit is62days.The sand filter tank doesn’t go after the stable operation of the system. Comparedwith the operation before the reconstruction, the function of the hydrolysisacidification unit is more remarkable, and the B/C in the unit is0.425in average. Thebiomembrane in the second contact oxidation unit is better than before. The COD ofthe effluent from the second contact oxidation unit is ranging from330mg/L to360mg/L. After the coagulation, the COD of the effluent from the second sedimentation is241.69mg/L, the BOD5is116.9mg/L and the SS is98.35mg/L in average. In a word,the effluent from the system meets the level2emission standards in theDB61/224-2011.According to the research of the actived sludge bulking occurred during therestarted period, the low temperature of the water、the lack of the DO and the particaldeficiency of the nutrition elements such as N and P are thought as the reasons of theissue. By all kinds of reconstruction strategies, those issues are solved at last and theactived sludge bulking doesn’t appear any more.
