The Study Of Coal Mine Safety Management And Countermeasures Research In Qiezihe Qitaihe

Coal, as the prime energy in our country, possesses an important station in the energetic structure and has a strategic sense. The safety of coal mine industry is the important guarantee of the healthy and orderly development. With the increasing of the mining quantity of coal resources, the security issue is becoming more and more important. Especially as major and extraordinarily big accidents occur frequently, the issue of safety production has become the major concern of the public. Qiezihe, which is a new mineral resources-based district that takes coal industry as its backbone of the economy, is an important base of main coking coal mining industry. Coal mine work safety should go hand in hand with the development of economy and the improvement of the people’s livelihood in our district. In terms of coal mines, gas explosion, coal dust, floods, fire, and so on, the main hazards of safety production, have restricted and hindered the development of coal mines. Under the current circumstances of safety production management, Qiezihe District must ensure safe, scientific and sustainable development by strengthening safety management and establishing scientific, systematic and complete management system. This holds greater realistic significance.In this article, we mainly study the management system of coal mine safety production in Qiezihe District. First, it explains the present production of coal mines in our country and the realistic situation of coal mine production in Qiezihe; and also it tends to make a brief conclusion and summary for the supervision for safety production of coal mines and the main hazards of safety production, presenting the main research direction of its supervision for safety production of coal mines in the future. Second, it refers to the current situation of coal mine safety in Qiezihe. By analyzing the general situation of safety production of coal mines in Qiezihe, it points out the problems. Third, it mainly discusses how the government strengthens the coal mine safety management system and its operating mechanism, to ensure the management of coal mine safety organizationally and institutionally. Finally, with regard to the study of coal mine safety management system and countermeasures research in Qiezihe, it focuses on the six safeguards of strengthening the safety management.
