Research On Safety Risk Management Of T-coal Mine Comprehensive Mining Face

In recent years,the central government has attached great importance to safe production in the coal field,but coal mine safety accidents still occur frequently,and comprehensive mining work is the key to ensuring production safety.Modern coal mine production has many links,the main links are mostly concentrated in the comprehensive mining face,the coal mine production activities of the comprehensive mining face compared with other regions have more equipment,harsher environment,more complex processes,in the face of limited enterprise management level,the number of national supervision is not large,supervision technology needs to be improved background,how to update the existing safety risk management model,to achieve the effective control of multi-factor safety risks of the coal mine comprehensive mining face,has become an urgent problem to be solved.Taking the safety risk of T coal mine comprehensive mining face as the research scenario,this paper investigates the production management process of T coal mine comprehensive mining face,starts from three aspects:safety risk identification,analysis and response,uses safety theory knowledge to study and judge potential risks,uses a variety of data analysis methods such as analytic hierarchy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and safety risk management methods to determine the safety risk degree of T coal mine comprehensive mining face,and then proposes risk control methods and risk dynamic control measures.Based on this,the safety risk evaluation index system of the comprehensive mining face of T coal mine was constructed,and the dynamic management mode of the safety risk of the comprehensive mining face of T coal mine was formulated,and the safety risk of the comprehensive mining face of T coal mine was determined to be a general risk,the personnel safety risk of the mine was a major risk,the risk of the management system was a large risk,and the material safety analysis concept and the safety risk of machinery and equipment were low risks.It is necessary to increase care for staff,improve the skill level of staff,and pay attention to improving the education and training system and access management system.This is of great significance for improving the theoretical system of coal mine safety risk management,and the theoretical methods and research results adopted in this paper can be used as a reference for other coal mine safety risk management.
