Phase change heat storage composite materials composite the phase change materialswith good corrosion resistance matrix materials, and it is one of the main research direction ofthe high temperature phase change heat storage materials. Especially ceramic matrix phasechange heat storage composite material has large heat storage capacity of phase changematerials and excellent high temperature performance of ceramic material. Its application inthe field of industrial waste heat recovery, solar energy heat utilization, etc, to solve themismatch of energy supply and demand in space and time. Therefore, heat storage technologyhas become an important technology to improve energy utilization rate.In this paper, use of plant waste fly ash as a raw material, and carries on the pretreatment,aluminium powder as phase change materials, was prepared using mixed sintering Al/fly ashhigh temperature phase change heat storage composite materials. Studied the moldingpressure, molding time, sintering temperature and sintering time on the preparation of processparameters on the Al/fly ash of high temperature phase change heat storage compositematerial performance, finally formulate the sintering system, and analyzed the sinteringmechanism of the body material. XRD, TG, DSC, SEM analysis testing technology ofmaterial had been used to characterize the structure and thermal properties, and material forthe thermal cycle test.Results show that when the content of phase change materials aluminum powder lessthan50%, was prepared by mixed sintering Al/fly ash high temperature phase change heatstorage composite material with good formability and sintered body tissue distribution even,each phase in the preparation of fly ash and the pretreatment of composite heat storagematerial with good thermal performance, its obvious endothermic peak in DSC curve, phase change latent heat of35.65J/g, heat storage density reached205.9J/g. Through30thermalcycle test research shows that the Al/fly ash phase change heat storage composite materialwith good thermal stability, the quality of the heat storage composite material change is verysmall, only about less than1%of the weight gain, phase basic remain unchanged, phasechange latent heat for about1.4%of the drop, phase transition temperature basic remainunchanged.
