In theory, garment has two major functionalities, improve the comfort of thewearer and decorative human bodies. Our study of women’s fitting sleeve cap ease willbe based on this theory.The first functionality of garment is to cover human body which has a verycomplicated structure with different components. Our study will begin with thestructure of the human body.Fitting sleeve structure is a very difficult part of the women’s garment since thestructure of upper limb is very complicated. Based on the analysis of the structure ofhuman body as well as clothing patterns, we will study the formation of the potentialamount of principle and the effect of shoulder modeling by analyzing the relationshipbetween human upper limbs and cut sleeve by each point and line.Decoration is an important part of modern fashion design for the reason ofpeople’s feeling and psychological factor. Although costume design is bind withhuman bodies, it is a very common thing that sacrificing the function for appearance,especially in women’s fashion design.The understanding of sleeve cap ease has beenchanged a lot from the women’s styling to the concept of fashion design. Nowadays,the research of cap ease needs to move on rather than staying at some ideal state which,of course, does not exist in women’s clothing design, and it is very necessary to studythe sleeve cap ease from decorative perspective of clothingDecoration, the appearance of the cut sleeve, is related to the addition of fullsatiation or sleeve cap ease of cut sleeve.We are doing a consolidated research throughthree experiments on the sleeve curve ease. Experiment one and two are to test fabricand model arm, the result will of these two will serve as a basis for experiment three.Experiment three is using ETCAD software for digital plate, plate output in order tomake30different models of cut sleeve for loading.Our analysis of the observation ofthe sleeve shape plumpness by loading samples on the model as well as the result from experiment one and two will provide valuable reference data for fashion design,structure study and manufacture.Sleeve cap ease have potential to shoulder satiation degree and extent of sleevetype fashion modelling,plays a very important role, and have a growing impact ontoday’s women’s fashion design. article has broached the subject and make researchattention.
