The unique extension of310hat shaped steel’s web, flangeand foot can reduce remains stress in them which can also ensure continuous rollingnormally. Uniform extension can not only help realize the310hat shaped steel’standem rolling, but also reduce the energy expenditure and improve the productionquality as well as reduce the abrasion of roller which can reduce the cost so as to gainmore benefit. Dimension label can be charged in picture which can bedrawn by this optimized soft ware automatically and present the chart in a short time,edition and remedy are also the parts of this soft ware. Efficient combination of VBand AutoCAD carried out the optimized pass drawing software finally. In addition, this article explained the main process of equipment, accessoryequipment and straightening equipment of310hat shaped steel are made according tothis paper, and combined with the actual of the workshop to make design alternative.
