Hemp fiber is one of the oldest natural fibers in China. It has good performance, such as highfiber strength, well abrasion resistance, with a natural antibacterial, moisture absorption andquick drying nature. Without any finishing, hemp fiber has the ability of the performance ofUV. In addition, compared with the other baste fiber, hemp fibers has little prickle. However,hemp fabric has many shortcomings which is not be ignored, such as fiber degumming ismore difficult and more difficult to control the degree of retting, its elongation is lower, rigid,which leading to poor spinning. So hemp fiber is only use to produce low-end fabrics.Only by improving the spinning performance of hemp fiber, we can produce more excellentproducts and occupy home and abroad market. The factors affecting the spin are the fiberlength, splitting degree and breaking strength, etc. These factors depend on the chemicalcomposition of hemp fiber content, and thus directly affect the spinning of semi-finished andfinished products quality.Currently the study on the relationship between chemical composition of hemp fiber andimpacting spun factors is less, and the theoretical analysis on the is also less in China. Onlyworked out the relationship between the above can we radically increase the spinning of hempfiber.To study the relationship between strength and chemical components of hemp fiber, the paperdo the following work:1Using a different process on the same species, carried out the original hemp degumming,access to different content of chemical composition of cannabis Fiber as the test sample.2In accordance with national standard analysis of the chemical composition contents of thetest sample, test breaking strength.3Using gray relational method of hemp fiber strength obtained with the correlation betweenthe degree of chemical composition through the mathematical modeling of establishing a graymodel to characterize the strength of hemp fiber and chemical composition relationships.4The establishment of fracture strength and pectin, hemicellulose, cellulose, lignin betweenthe gray model and carry out error analysis. From the gray model we can see in the variouschemical components of hemp fiber content of cellulose in the greatest impact on the powerful, followed by lignin content, hemicellulose content on the powerful impact of theminimum. Because hemp fiber is a kind of craft fibers, that is a single collection of cellulose.In the chemical composition of hemp fibers, cellulose is a kind of macromolecular chainstructure, arranged in neat rows high degree of orientation, so the more the content ofcellulose, hemp fibers the higher strength.5Due to cellulose fiber content on the powerful influence of cannabis, the biggest singlefactor has also established the gray model. You canalso control the chemical composition of hemp fiber to produce the required content of stronghemp fiber.
