The Research On The Performance Management Of The Water Environment Protection In Anhui Province Chaohu Lake Basin

In the current environment of rapid economic development, the environmental protection pressure also grow with each passing day. Chaohu Lake is one of the five largest freshwater lakes, Water pollution situation has serious threat to human survival and development in the basin.This research combines the reality of work, adopted the methods of literature research, data analysis and theoretical research to conduct the research on the water environment management of Chaohu Lake basin from the perspective of performance management. Analyzed the present situation of water environment protection in Chaohu Lake basin, Firstly, the domestic and foreign environmental performance management has been described and the successful management has been summed up in the research. In addition, the theoretical concepts of environmental performance management has also been described. The second part introduced and analyzed the current situation of water environmental protection as well, as summed up prominent exists in the management of water environmental protection of Chaohu Lake basin. Those problems include the goal setting of environmental protection is not clear, the practice of related duties do not meet the requirement, the dynamic supervision doesn’t fit the need, the effective of performance management is not obvious and is not perfect enough. The last part explore and plan the performance management mode especially for Chaohu Lake basin. To solve them one by one, in order to promote environmental protection work of water, Promoting the coordinated development of economy and environmental protection in Chaohu Lake basin.
