Study And Case Analysis Of Railway Water Environmental Impact Post-assessment System

In recent years,in order to adapt to the social and economic development and toimprove people’s living standards,the railway network has scaled up, perfected thestructure and improved quality continuously.At the same time, along with the advanceof society, people have higher demands for environment, the18th CPC NationalCongress complied with people’s expectation for a better environment and putforward the ecological civilization construction in a prominent position. In railwayconstruction project, how to implement the requirements of ecological civilizationconstruction and how to realize the harmonious of the railway development andecological environment, become a subject of our research.Implementation of environmental impact assessment system in constructionprojects become the effective means of environmental management, in our country,after thirty years of development, environmental impact assessment system has beenmature to some extent, but there are some problems too. In order to improve thesystem of environmental impact assessment, our country put forward the requirementof environmental impact post-assessment in2002for the first time.After thecompletion of the construction project, to tracking and confirmatory assessment of theenvironmental impact as well as the effectiveness of the preventive measures，and putforward the remedy or measures to realize the project construction in harmony withthe environment.On the basis of learning a large number of research results and investigation ofthe field project, this paper puts forward the railway industry environmental impactpost-assessment theoretical system. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod,established a railway industry water environmental impact post-assessmentmodel. After established the evaluation model is applied to the qinghai-tibet railway,water environmental impact assessment work to test feasibility of evaluationmodel.Apply the post-assessment model to the work of qinghai-tibet railway waterenvironmental impact post-assessment in order to test the feasibility of evaluationmodel.
