Since the first opening of the Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway at 2008,China's high-speed railway mileage has reached 22,000 km,accounting for 65% of the global high-speed railway operating mileage.But high-speed railway construction is a double-edged sword.High-speed railway operation brings people convenient and fast,at the same time brings the impact of ecological environment and damage which cannot be ignored.Characteristics of high-speed railways which are long like belt will inevitably cause the water environment cut off and destroyed,the animal channel blocked,cutting and vegetation coverage area reduction and so on.So the scientific and accurately assessment of environmental impact is becoming more and more important In this paper,the environmental impact analysis of water and animal & plant within high-speed railway region,apply System Dynamics Method to evaluation environmental Impact scientifically and provide reference for environmental protection decision-making and construction of high-speed railway.This paper research on environmental impact assessment of water and animal & plant in high speed railway in view of the consideration on continue expansion of China's high-speed railway project scale and the impact of high-speed railway on regional environment.First of all,This paper investigates the present situation of environmental impact assessment and the research and development of system dynamics at home and abroad.It is found that there are few achievements on environmental impact assessment of high-speed railway in the global,and there are few achievements on system dynamics application to the environmental impact assessment of high-speed railway.Secondly,analyzing the environment impact on animal & plant in detail at the period of planning & design,construction and operation,proposing evaluation factor system based on analysis.Then,established the system dynamics model by analyzing of the internal structure of the environmental impact assessment system of water and animal & plant in high speed railway,then assign the value to the system after statistical analysis the historical data and the yearbook,and use the historical data of Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway,Yu Wan Intercity Railway and Shanghai-Kunming Railway Yunnan Section construction period to test the model and prove the effectiveness of the model.Finally,applying the system dynamics model to the environmental impact assessment of water and animal & plant in Badaling Ridge section of Beijing to Zhangjiakou high speed railway,validated the project to achieve the environmental protection objectives.This paper studies the system dynamic evaluation method of environmental impact of water and animal & plant in high-speed railway area,which is of great significance to the environmental impact assessment of high-speed railway.
