Is the shortage of opportunities,which has brought a good opportunityfor the development of fuel for the enterprise GZBP company, put forward the expansionofNS depot two phase of the project is in line with the nationalindustrial policy, alsocan promote the GZBP company’s influence and competitiveness.In this paper, through the introduction of NS oil, the petrochemical storageproject reviewof the necessity and feasibility, and the analysis, from the market supply and demand planningscheme, its SWOT analysis and project financial evaluation, risk analysis is given indetail, the final results show that the project has advanced in terms of technology; itsinternal income the rate is13.13%, the net present value of152330000yuan, the projectinvestment is7.67years(including the construction period) fully recovered, theproject investment returns high, recovery period is short, the financialfeasibility; finally, risk identificationanalysis indicates that the project is facing themain management risk and market risk of the project, under and the scope ofcontrol; results from a series of the above results, the project conforms to the requirementsof the development of national policy trends, technology advanced and feasible, thefinancial index is good, an acceptable risk, has good prospects for development.In this thesis, the business plan, through a series of market and economic evaluationanalysis, demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of the two phase of the project investmentof NS depot, provides a good and complete economic and technical reference for the oildepot project investment.
