The wastewater of wool textile is complex and contains all kinds of poisonoussubstances. It will seriously pollute the groundwater, surface water and soil environment if itis disposed to environment without treatment or can not meet emission standards.Usingcoagulate-micro-electrolysis-hydrolytic acidification-SBR to treat this kind of waste waterhas lots of advantages,such as better treatment effect, lower treatment cost,using waste totreat waste,and so on.This research uses iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-coagulation as pretreatment andhydrolytic acidification-SBR process as further treatment stage of wool textile wastewatertaking COD and ammonia nitrogen as the main index to study the optimal disposal conditionson the coagulation, micro-electrolysis, hydrolytic acidification and SBR. After the abovetreatment, the wool textile wastewater reaches the standard of Shandong province "textiledyeing and finishing of industrial water pollutant discharge standard"(DB37/533-2005)standard B of Ⅲ in table one.This research will provide reference and base for the treatmentof wool textile wastewater in the future. The major conclusions of this study may besummarized as:(1)Through orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments analyses obtains theoptimal disposal conditions for this waste water using coagulation:pH=7.6,the dosage offerric chloride is0.125g/L,sedimentation time is30min.(2)Through orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments analyses obtains theoptimal disposal conditions for this waste water using micro-electrolysis:pH=3,iron carbonratio is1:2, the reaction time is55min, the dosage of iron is60g/L.(3)By combined coagulation with micro-electrolysis drawing a conclusion thatcoagulation-micro-electrolysis is better than micro-electrolysis-coagulation.(4)Through analyzing the hydrolytic acidification and SBR treating wool textilewastewater comes to the best processing conditions of hydrolysis acidification: the residence time is5h, pH=7.5; the optimum processing conditions for SBR: aeration is5hours,pH=7.After acidification, the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen reaches more than80%.The biodegradability of the wool textile wastewater is improved aftercoagulation-micro-electrolysis-hydrolytic acidification.(5)The wool textile wastewater reaches the standard of Shandong province "textiledyeing and finishing of industrial water pollutant discharge standard"(DB37/533-2005)standard B of Ⅲ in table one after treating by coagulation-micro-electrolysis-hydrolysisacidification-SBR which means this method is feasible.
