CLT-acid chromatography has the characteristics of high density, high waterchromaticity, high salinity, low refractory biochemical and is a kind of difficultbiological catabolic organic wastewater with high concentration, if it has beendischarge witout any disposal will cause serious pollution of water and influencepeople normal life.It is difficult to obtain the effect only with the traditionalbiochemical process chemical printing and dyeing wastewater treatment tiredurgently to be solved in difficult problem.Iron carbon micro-Fenton-coagulation treatment technology has thecharacteristics of less amount invested joint, simple process,low the cost etc, it caneffectively improve wastewater biochemical properties and be more benefit to thefollow-up biological depth of processing. In the process of metal particles from ironfactory, activated carbon can be instead of coke, it has been significant to wastetreat waste.In this paper took CLT-acid production process section CLT-acid post-mortemwastewater in LiaoYuan chemical corporation limited liability company as theresearch object, and had a study on micro electric iron carbon, Fenton method,coagulation precipitate process principle, characteristics, influence factors and acidin the application of wastewater CLT chromatography. Using the orthogonalexperiment method first determine various influence factors on wastewatertreatment effect of the degree and further to a single factor experiment to determinethe optimal process operation parameters. On this basis, to study the possibility ofthe iron carbon micro reaction mechanism, kinetics of probing, validation ironcarbon micro,Fenton method, and coagulation process joint; Dynamic test analysiswere also used and carry on the stability test to explore the main pollutants beforeand after the change of the reaction after which the operation cost were analyzed.CLT-acid post-mortem wastewater micro test show that the pH of water is3.0,the response time is120min, iron carbon ratio is2:1and the ratio of solid andliquid is1:4, COD removal rate reached32%in these conditions. Iron carbonmicro-Fenton joint test shows that Fe2+ the dosage is of2500mg/L and it is namedfor iron carbon micro response time60min out Fe2+ water content, pH4.0, H2O2amount is for1ml/L, and the reaction time is for60min. In these conditions COD removal rate reach34.8%. Coagulation precipitate test shows that the PAC dosingquantity is of80mg/L, PAM dosing quantity is of3mg/L and pH8.0under theconditions of the reaction50min. COD removal rate reached38.7%under theseconditions.
