The cutting efficiency of shearer, which is the hardcore device in the coal mining workingface, influences the productivity directly,therefore, application of scientific managementtechnologies like automation and information et al. It is very popular. So, it has great realitysignificance to study the constant power speed-adjusting controlling system for the cutting ofshearer.Based on the comprehensive analyses of running characteristics and speed-adjusting theoryfor the electrical haulage shearer, establishing the overall structure of the system, studying anddesigning the temperature-gathering module, current-gathering module, controlling module,correspondence-interface module, watchdog and interference-preventing circuit et al. for theconstant power speed-adjusting system of electrical haulage shearer; Besides, designing thesoftware procedures for simulation-collecting module, correspondence-interface module,arithmetic-controlling module and interference-preventing measurement reasonably, making theelectrical haulage shearer run in the coal mine stably and efficiently.Finally, building the systematic simulation model of constant power speed-controlling forthe shearer based on the basic controlling theory of single neural self-adapting PID byMatlab\Simulink, and verifying the feasibility and superiority of the system scheme bysimulating test. These conclusions has important significance and referring value for designingconstant power speed-adjusting controlling system rationally, improving the workingperformance and advancing the productivity of the shearer.
