With respect to the processing method of the transmission, the abrasive flow technology is a novel fine processing method. In this paper, the design of the abrasive flow polishing device aimed at the surface of the complex parts fine polishing to improve the surface quality.Papers according to the working status and the actual work of the abrasive flow polishing machine such as the required working pressure parameters of the overall design of the programs,based on the working mechanism of the machine tool to determine the machine specific work steps and draw the corresponding hydraulic control circuit diagram,determine the movement of the machine tool program.In accordance with the desired parameters with related design manual calculation to determine the size of the various components and assembly relation.Complete the structural design of the various components of the hydraulic system.Determining the overall machine frame structure, and calculated the maximum force at the welding strength, and ensure the strength requirements of the frame structure.Using UG NX3D graphics software to complete the assembly of the hydraulic system and structural design, assembly of the Abrasive Flow polishing equipment, and finally the use of the finite element analysis software ANSYS workbench support structure strength and strain static analysis, modal analysis of the support structure and assembly overall, to meet the strength of the abrasive flow equipment in the work, as well as the work of precision to ensure the reasonableness of the equipment.When the design is complete, we can complete the two-dimensional map of the various components as well as the overall two-dimensional mapping. It is possible the design of the testing equipment will provide some useful information for the late experiments about the AFM, and offer some reference source for the design of AFM machine tools.
