By means of ANSYS code, a nonlinear FEA software, the3D models of Φ19mm&Φ25mm steel wire spiral rubber hoses are built with referring to the shapes and structures of steel wire spiral rubber hoses, incompressibility and the nonlinearity and of rubber material and the anisotropy of rubber based composites.According to the uniaxial tensile test results for each rubber material actually used in different parts of two steel wire spiral rubber hoses, the Yeoh model simulates mechanical property of rubber materials and material parameters were obtained by software according to least square method in ORIGIN software. Though the calculation in software, elastic modulus, shear modulus and Poisson’s ratio of rubber based composites are obtained.As3D models ofΦ19mm&Φ25mm steel wire spiral rubber hoses were built, the changes in axial displacement/strain, radial displacement/strain, of internal nodes of skeleton layers, shear stress skeleton layers, the steel wire tensile stress are obtained in the same inner pressure. With the changes of the inner pressure,the changes in axial displacement/strain, radial displacement/strain, of internal nodes of skeleton layers, shear stress skeleton layers, the steel wire tensile stress are also obtained.The inner pressure, the changes in axial displacement/strain, radial displacement/strain, of internal nodes of skeleton layers, shear stress skeleton layers, the steel wire tensile stress are calculated and focused on the changes of them when the skeleton layer Angle as the key role in the steel wire spiral rubber hoses changes.Though the data picked up and contrasted with, the optimal solution are obtained in the range of calculation...
