With the improvement of the urban environmentstandards, the strengthening of the punishment, a large number of urban enterprises transferred to therural areas and the entire enterprise or corporate pollution equipment also be transferred to evade theresponsibility of environmental governance, the local rural environment has been severely damaged.Perfect pass on the governance of urban and rural pollution through research passed on the causes ofurban and rural pollution from urban and rural pollution passed on the status quo.
