Cloud model combined with probability theory and fuzzy set theory Perspective,can better depict the internal relationship between uncertainty and fuzziness, has been widely used in Fuzzy evaluation of improvement and optimization, data mining, intelligent algorithms and other fields, applied in the field of water quality evaluation study is still in its infancy.On the basis of predecessors’ research, this paper analyzed the water quality evaluation and models at home and abroad, the research status of entropy,cloud model,Kwon entropy model integrated analysis method was introduced for the first time the present situation of the surface water environment quality evaluation.Selec-ting sea county as the research object mainly because parts water shortages,environ-mental degradation.Research shows that the cloud model than the results of water quality evaluation of single-factor evaluation method and principal component analysis the evaluation results closer to reality, verify that the validity of the area of cloud model for water quality evaluation based on entropy weight and accuracyFirst attempt to adopt cloud model and the spearman rank correlation coefficient is analyzed with the methods of surface water quality change trend in recent years. Study analysis results and the actual situation in line with, highlights the spearman cloud model in the field of application.Studies show that entropy weight model for water quality evaluation and trend analysis of water quality in Spearman cloud model theory, has continued the in-depth research and development of value in practice, with good prospects.
