With the technology and industrialization development, energy, resources and ecology have more and more concern. Especially in environment, metal smelting and high-temperature gas-solid separator filter on the development and application of high temperature dust removal technology. Porous ceramic materials have high filtration precision filtration efficiency, high porosity, pore size distribution controllable, renewable, resistant high temperature, high pressure and strong acid corrosion, etc. property. Have a wide applications in many areas, particularly in environmental protection and energy conservation.In this paper, silicon carbide-based materials add ceramic binder, graphite and activated carbon as a pore-forming agent. Using drill-coated hair preparing a silicon carbide porous ceramic support. Which have a uniform support structure and good pore connectivity. System analysis the body molding pressure, sintering temperature, type of pore-forming agent to the microscopic structure of the support and analyzes the influencing factors for flexural strength and. Identified simultaneously improve the the support bending strength and permeability preparation process.The silicon carbide particle size of250~270μm, ceramic bindercontent of10to15wt%, a pore-forming agent is5wt%flake graphite+5wt%particle diameter of-150μm of the activated carbon,and the perform molding pressure of6to13MPa, prepared temperature1300~1330℃. The flexural strength of22-29.7MPa, porosity of36to42%of the silicon carbide porous ceramic support component.In this paper, spin coating rejection membrane prepared by the method of the separation membrane. A layer of ceramic fiber transition layer between the supporting body and the separation membrane, which can effectively prevent a small particle diameter of the filtration membranes powder into the pores of the supporting body, and reduce the actual thickness of the filtration membrane. Then reducing the filter pressure drop, and improve the life of the material, but also allows a more uniform and complete coating deposition of the filtration membrane. Therefore, when the premise to meet the filter accuracy and filtration efficiency, the filtration membrane with a silicon carbide particle size is more larger and more better.
