The electrochemical analysis based on Ion-selective electrode and chemicallymodified electrode is important. The method has some advantages, including lowcost, simple instrument, easy operation, fast analysis, high sensitivity and selectivity.Now, the method has become an important analytical method and, widely applied togeological survey, mineral exploration, environmental protection, agriculture,pharmacy and clinical detection.The elf-made carbon nanotube modified gold electrode and chloride ion selectiveelectrode were applied methods be studied for drug analysis in the thesis. The studyincludes the following two parts.The chloride ion selective electrode was applied for the determination ofdioxopromethazine hydrochloride.Section one: Study on chloride ion selective electrode method for thedetermination of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride.A simple and fast method for the determination of dioxopromethazinehydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride are proposed. The chlorine ionselective electrode was used as indication electrode, and the saturated calomelelectrode was used as reference electrode.Study on the determination of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride results showedthe optimal determination conditions are as follow: citric acid/sodium citrate is usedas buffer solution; pH is5; the temperature is maintained at45℃; the rotationalspeed is2000rpm; stirring time is3min. Good linear relationship betweenconcentration of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride in the range of1×10-5~1×10-2mol/L, and signal was obtained. The regression equation is: Y=8.2893X–189.54, thecorrelation coefficient is0.9874. The effective mass fraction of dioxopromethazinehydrochloride in tablets was99.88%. The average recovery was94.95%and RSDwas1.4(n=5).Study on the determination of promethazine hydrochloride results showed the optimal determination conditions are as follow: acetic acid/sodium citrate isused as buffer solution; pH is6; the temperature is maintained at30℃; the rotationalspeed is2200rpm; stirring time is5min. Good linear relationship betweenconcentration of dioxopromethazine hydrochloride in the range of1×10-5~1mg/ml,and signal was obtained. The regression equation is: Y=23.55X+125.75, thecorrelation coefficient R is0.9924. The effective mass fraction of promethazinehydrochloride in tablets was62.7%. The average recovery was97.49%and RSD was0.7(n=10).Section two: Determination of active components in Cordyceps by using carbonnanotubes modified electrode.The active component from Cordyceps was determined by using carbonnanotubes modified electrode as indication electrode.In this study, an electrochemical method for determination of active componentin Cordyceps capsule using mulit-walled carbon nanotubes modified gold electrodeas indication electrode was demonstrated. The results indicated that the responsecurrent exhibits a linear range between1.0×10-4mol·L-1and1.0×10-8mol·L-1(R=0.9947) in phosphate buffer solution pH7, and the detection limit of adenosine is1.0×10-9mol·L-1(S/N=3). The modified electrode successfully applied to determineadenosine from Cordyceps capsule with an average recovery101.52%, and relativestandard deviation of1.5%(n=5).
