Combined roller is one of the most important components of high pressure roller mill, other parts are in order to ensure the normal operation of the full performance service. Influence of the present combined roller structure parameters and the shape and the position error on the interference fit bearing torque is not clear, based on GM1400×800combined high pressure roller mill as the research object, shrink fit of combined roller is simulated and analyzed using finite element analysis software, studies the influence of key structure parameters and shape error on the loading torque of the combined roller.The main research contents and results are as follows:Firstly, introduced the overall structure and working principle of high pressure roller mill, established the mathematical model of the working load on combined roller; then analyzes the distribution rules of combination roll stress with the amount of interference to change, with the tapered interference of combined roller is determined, the analysis the foundation for the influence of combined roller bearing torque.Secondly, establishes the mathematical model of bearing cone interference connection, finite element analysis software ANSYS of GM1400×800high pressure roller mill combined roller of tapered interference contact stress simulation analysis is carried out, rule of key structure parameters’ influence on combined roller torque such as the amount of interference, combined surface length, radius and diameter are obtained. Thus analyzes the key construction parameters influence on the sensitivity of combined roller bearing torque.Thirdly, establishes mathematical model of shape error’s influence on friction coefficient of combined face, using finite element analysis software analyzes the typical shape and position error’s influence on combined roller bearing torque of GM1400×800high pressure roller mill. Fourthly, using similarity theory to design the experimental model of combined roller, by changing the key structural parameters, the obtained combined roller bearing torque under different structural parameters data and the simulation data are compared, so as to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the simulation results.
