The Study Of Internal Textile Color Fastness Standard System

Domestic textile standard system is relatively perfect. Take colorfastness as an example, the current standard system are include single colorfastness standards, composite colorfastness standards, comprehensive standards, product standards, industry standards and enterprise standards. We use the fabric fading problem as the research object. Based on the previous study, mainly involves many factors, such as perspiration, water, light, environmental impact. In the current textile standards system, the test is still dominated by the single colorfastness. Compare with the comprehensive (composite) colorfastness standards, single color fastness test is difficult to simulate the reality situation. It is necessary for us the scientists and the quality testing agencies to develop our analysis for two and more factors to textiles colorfastness, which can help enterprises to promote their product development.In this paper, the analysis of domestic textile standards system is the research content. The method is analysis the influence of single colorfastness and comprehensive colorfastness for textile, and compares the test results. That can lead us to the test order for comprehensive colorfastness, and analysis the relationship between subjective rating and objective rating. And we get the reality of comprehensive color fastness in application and reference value. Finally, we may provide some suggestions to GB18401-2010, which may conclude comprehensive colorfastness test method for dry friction resistance, the perspiration, and water. In addition, we suggest to put objective evaluation into the evaluation process.Through the test program and test data analysis, this paper provides the reasonable scheme is colorfastness to perspiration+dry friction resistance+water order. The recommendations to GB18401, is not only the supplement and consummation to our country textile colorfastness standards system, but also the higher requirements to the quality of textile products. It is perfect for our country textile standard, for the quality supervision and inspection, for the reference and services, and for the textile enterprises.
