The production engineering of Daqing oil field has been in a high water cutoil production period at this stage, the characteristics of the period is oil outputdecreasing while crude oil water content increasing year by year. High water cutoil production period bring some contradictions to the injection productionengineering as follows. Along with increasing with the number of injection well,layer and the tone of measuring workload, the existing measuring person andequipment are hard to meet the measurement requirements. The contradictionbetween the injection layers has become more and more seriously, it can’tachieve the qualified water injection requirements. It can’t realize the long termmonitoring of the operation parameters with now water injection technology,unable to realize the real-time allocation to the flow of injection; it is bad toexploit remainder oil.On the context of this project, this paper has proposed a synchronousdynamic measuring technology of water injection well. Based on the technologyof bridge eccentrically layered water column, this paper also designs processcolumn matching with dynamic measuring technology. Within the small sizespace of high temperature and high pressure, it has designed a water injectorwhich digital processing technology melts plug the regulator, flow, pressure,temperature testing to one body, to achieve synchronous dynamic measuringtechnology. And a transmission mode of short distance wireless butt and longcable transmission is proposed in this paper. It achieves wireless two-way remotetransmission of control instruction and monitoring date. Meanwhile, it designs ahigh-frequency induction charging unit to ensure the water distributor can getand v,5a power. As the injection well flow control system of highly-intensewater contained oil mining project is a complex embraced with time-varying, non-linear, severe interference, the complicate model and other problems, whichresults in a long adjusting time, and underground power loss. Traditional controlapplication is difficult to achieve satisfactory effect of flow control dealing withthe problem above. This paper has proposed and designed a new type of single-layer flow control strategy, which adopted variable universe adaptive fuzzyalgorithm in the injection wells flow control, using fuzzy variable universe toautomatically adapt to the changes in the parameter in the process to achieveonline revision of the contraction-expansion factor. And establish a Matlab/Simulink simulation model of system for the unit step response simulation.Finally indoor pilot simulation experiment is carried out, including thetelecommunication performance test, the flow deployment test. The waterinjection well site engineering application is also completed. The result show thatthis paper designed a synchronous dynamic measuring technology of waterinjection well technology is stable and reliable. And the technology can solve thecontradictions faced by the water flooding technology of high water cut inproduction engineering.
