This paper studied about the effect of different raw materials, proportioning and burningtemperature on the clinker sintering and performance depending on the actual production of HFcement factory.The results showed that, when using the limestone1(containing lower MgO) as rawmaterial to sinter cement clinker, the f-CaO content of clinker was low and the different agestrength was high; When using the limestone2(containing higher MgO) as the calcareousmaterial, the content of MgO in the cement clinker will be higher, and hinder the clinkersintering and the formation of C3S, the strength of clinker reduced by5%10%comparedwith cement clinker by using limestone1as raw material; When the proportion of twolimestone is one-to-one, the content of the harmful impurity in the raw material was adjusted,reduced the content of MgO of the clinker less than2%, promoted the formation of C3Smineral, so that the strength of the clinker increased compared with using the limestone2asraw material, and the strength of28days was even higher than the clinker by using thelimestone1, so the suitable content of MgO would have a good effect on clinker sintering andthe minerial formation and promoting the strength deveropment; When using HF sandstone asthe siliceous material to sinter clinker, due to the high percentage of SiO2and the high degreeof crystalline silica, the burnability of the clinker is poor, and affect the formation of C3Smineral, so the different age strength was lower compared with DC sandstone as the siliceousmaterial; When using the Yellow River silt sand as the siliceous material to sinter clinker, due tothe good crystallization degree of SiO2and the impurities was more, each age strength wasreduced by15%20%contrast with DC sandstone and HF sandstone as the siliceous material.With the increase of KH and SM, the content of f-CaO in the clinker increased gradually,the strength also gradually increased; To adopt in KH=0.90, the strength had a bigger increaseto use the limestone1and the average limestone as raw material to sintering clinker; Whenusing the limestone1as the calcareous materials, the strength of clinker increased bigger atKH=0.93; When using DC and HF sand as the siliceous material, KH=0.90was relativelyappropriate, the clinker had larger increase of the strength; When the Yellow River silt sand asthe siliceous material was used, would be appropriate to improve the SM, so that the strength increased.When sintering clinker under the temperature of1400℃,1450℃and1470℃, the studyfound that with the increase of temperature, the mineral formed better, the f-CaO contentgradually reduced and each age strength gradually increased. When using the limestone2as thecalcareous materials, should appropriately increasing sintering temperature, and the strengthcould match the clinker using the limestone1as raw material.
