Research On Remote Work Condition Diagnosing Of Pumping Well System Based On Diagram

With the implementation and promotion of digital oilfield, oil field production management mode gradually realize the digital, visualization, network and intelligent, Wide distribution and poor environment were taken into account in Dingbian Oil Production Site when studying the pumping well remote condition diagnostic techniques based on the diagram. And then, Pumping well remote condition diagnostic System based on Digital Oilfield Test and Research Project would be designed to realize pumping wells remote automation management, satisfy the needs of Digital Oilfield and promote the management level for production safety.Start with the basic theory of pumping wells working condition diagnosis, according to the request and the characteristic of the system, design the hierarchical structure, logical structure and functions of the system from diagram information access and process point of the system, technical model of the pumping well remote condition diagnostic based on the diagram and system structure was established. Combines the pumping well production process and pumping well production related parameters, this paper analyzes the theory foundation and computing method of pumping wells remote working condition diagnosis, introduces geometric parameters of the pump dynamometers training analysis with the BP neural network method detailed, obtain the pumping wells working conditions. According to the implementation of digital oilfield and the request of real-time indicator diagram data acquisition of pumping well, achieved the hardware design of the pumping well remote condition diagnostic. According to the system’s knowledge and frame structure, and established software model and structure of the oil well production and condition analysis, the model has been established to related calculation method and procedure, and then get pumping well condition diagnostic software. Programmed the establish model and relevant calculating method to get the pumping well condition diagnostic software. The system of the pumping well remote condition diagnostic based on the diagram ispromoted in Dingbian Oil Production Site of Yanchang Oilfields digital demonstration area,the application effect is good, provide real-time pumping well work condition for oil field,achieve the application requirements of digital oilfield development.
