In recent years,Shengli Oilfield vigorously promote the construction of the four modernizations,innovation station model,the application of the power diagram of the remote transmission system,instead of manual measurement,the abolition of metering stations,three stations for the first half of the cloth station.On this basis,it is of great significance to use the work diagram method to calculate the production rate of single well,to analyze the working conditions,to strengthen the automatic monitoring function,and to form a better management mode.Diagram remote metering management system,can realize remote production parameters of pumping units(such as power,load,stroke,time,area,power diagram of rod power,wellhead pressure,stopping well time)monitoring,query,retrieval,statistics and fault alarm functions,but the degree of automation of the oilfield management the low,did not achieve the real-time intelligent diagnosis and analysis of automatic real-time measurement,working conditions of pumping well liquid production.In view of the limitations of Shengli Oilfield Dongxin Xin 1 block diagram remote metering management system,this paper discussed the technology,expand the "condition data wells remote metering management system".In this paper,a one-dimensional wave equation with damping is established based on the transformation model of downhole pump indicator diagram calculation of pumping rod dynamometer,and establishes a model of diagnosis of pump power insufficient for liquid,gas,rod breakage and leakage of tubing 15 typical working conditions of pump indicator diagram feature library and vector method and indicator map feature recognition,realizes the real-time intelligent diagnosis indicator diagram;based on pump indicator diagram curvature of each point calculation model,calculation method and plunger effective stroke valve open and close the automatic recognition method,established fluid metering pump indicator diagram model based on the real-time automatic measurement of oil well the liquid producing capacity.Through field application shows: condition data wells remote metering management system not only makes the oil well continuous metering to become a reality,but also gives on-line diagnosis results well,but also provide strong technical support for the analysis and management of oil generation.Well network condition data form remote metering management system to build a good platform for the realization of digital oilfield,automation and information management has opened up a new way.Since the system is put into use,we are learning and continue to explore the practice,gradually improved,the daily management of oil wells is more clearly,more accurate,more effective measures,greatly improving the management level of the single well,so that the block Xin 1 production,economic and technical indicators are significantly improved.
