With the enhancement of environmental Protection, especially the improved requirement of air quality, the electric precipitator has received more and more concern because of its high efficiency and low energy consumption. It has served a great function in the following fields, such as, electricity, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, etc...But in real Practice many electric precipitator can’t play its fully function because of several reasons, including the running environment, equipment maintenance and bad management condition. Furthermore the dust collection efficiency can’t meet the requirement and made a great wasting of resources.This thesis is in the base of the principle of electrostatic precipitator, talked about the structure of electrostatic precipitator and the base principle of corona discharge, it discussed the factors that influence the electrostatic precipitator dust removal efficiency from body structure parameters and properties of electrical precipitator, dust and smoke properties, quality control of the power supply. And make a deep research of the relationship between operation parameters of electrical power supply system and the efficiency of dust removal, find the reasons of affecting Electrical operation parameters. On this basis, establish the dust removal efficiency neural network model,Design electrical precipitator fault diagnosis expert system, high voltage power supply control system was designed, it was capable of changing the working voltage to the best state automatically tracking the changes of the surroundings, making the electrical precipitator working in the best state.Large data shows that the proposed solution of this thesis can improve electrostatic precipitator electrical operation parameters, making the electrical precipitator working in the best state. Results higher collection efficiency and lower power consumption under the rated discharging level.
