The production manufacturing executive system (MES) is a new enterprise production management system, which emerged in1980s. With the support of the new technology of information and network, it provided an information platform for swift manufacturing and network-product.MES in modern enterprise is an advanced product management system facing operating department in workshop. The center function is its quality management. Functions of the system include:quality standard management, quality design management, quality tracing management, quality judging management and quality analyzing system and quality report forms management. It realized the entire process quality control, from order form quality design to product final judgment of Shouqin company production line, has been implemented. By constructing the quality program management based on dynamic total course control, it implemented dynamic product monitoring process and quality process.
