The rubber products industry is a typical discrete manufacturing industry,which has many kinds and small quantity characteristics.Manufacturing execution systems are a bridge of information transmission in the computerization of enterprises,and are an effective means of improving enterprise productivity and management efficiency.In order to meet the needs of rubber protection product manufacturing and processing enterprises(Company F),this paper aims to improve the information management level of enterprises,automate the manufacturing process of rubber products,and improve product quality and production efficiency of rubber products by introducing manufacturing execution system MES to Company F.The main research contents are as follows:1.Combined with the development background of the rubber product manufacturing industry,the domestic and foreign development process and research status of the manufacturing execution system are investigated,and the research direction and research questions of this paper are clarified.2.Through the analysis of the current situation and demand of F company,the overall design of the manufacturing execution system is proposed,the hardware layout of the system and the design of the system management module are completed,and the system development standard is determined.3.Analyzed the production status of Company F and established a simplified model of the factory.According to the system data collection requirements,the collection equipment type,data collection content and collection method were determined.Using the DNC&MDC technology concept,the collection module and data collection table design were completed.The design of the visual kanban solves the problem of real-time data collection and monitoring.4.According to the production planning business process of Company F,the mathematical model of the production scheduling process was established,and the production scheduling rules based on key processes,inventory transfer and continuous processing were formulated,and the limitations of the genetic algorithm and the variable neighborhood search algorithm were analyzed.,proposes an analytic hierarchy process based on quantitative analysis,designs the basic data management module of the system,demonstrates the production planning and scheduling system,and verifies the validity of the algorithm.5.Aiming at the main work content of the line side warehouse management and the management status of F company,the coding rules of line side warehouses,the allocation rules of warehouse locations and the rules for in-out warehouses are determined,and the process design of in-out and out of warehouses in line-side warehouses is completed.The design of the line side library function module achieves the purpose of managing the line side library in the manufacturing execution system. |
