The Research Of Pharmaceutical Enterprise Project Evaluation

The pharmaceutical companies are an important part of the national economy. And they are very important for the country, the society and the environment. Therefore, when the pharmaceutical companies are faced with the project selection, it has its own characteristics. When they make a choice, they must take the factors of cost, profit, and risks into consideration, and at the same time, they must consider other factors, such as the social benefits, national policies.On basis of the extensive literature analysis and practice, the author makes use of the brain storming and come to sum up the index that the pharmaceutical companies should pay attention on when they evaluate the projects. According to the outcome of the brain storming, an indicator system is build up which includes two level index. Then to achieve the weight of each index, we build analytic hierarchy process model, make use of the expert scoring, set up the pairwise comparison matrix, and in terms of the result, we get the weight of each index and finish the establishment of evaluation index system.After the establishment of the index system, the author divides each index into five grades. Combining with the characteristics of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes, we take a varied fuzzy evaluation. Using the subordinate degree function of fuzzy mathematics, the index is turned into the class probability. Then combining with the weight of each index, we get the values, and the synthetic evaluation of the projects is achieved.Finally, combined with the case of a pharmaceutical enterprise, this paper elaborates on the evaluation process and the computing process of the projects they are faced with.
