Research On Post-evaluation Of Tobacco Enterprise Informatization Project Based On AHP And Fuzzy Evaluation

In recent years,in order to improve the management level,domestic tobacco enterprises have invested a large number of tobacco informatization projects in their enterprises.With the increasing capital investment,enterprises pay more attention to how to measure the investment return of existing projects,achievement transformation and follow-up project construction guidance.Therefore,it is urgent for tobacco enterprises to establish a set of post-evaluation mechanism of informatization project to objectively evaluate the existing informatization project.Based on the investigation and analysis of domestic post-evaluation theories and examples of post-evaluation in other fields,this thesis has done the following main work:(1)Establish a post-evaluation index system.According to the characteristics of tobacco enterprise informatization project and the principles of index establishment,we set up a set of information project post-evaluation index system with three-level structure from five aspects of the project goal,implementation process,use situation,benefit,and sustainable development.It includes 5 first-level indicator points,15 second-level indicator points,and 51 three-level indicator points.(2)Build the post-evaluation model.By researching and analyzing the existing evaluation methods and according to the actual problems,we combine the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy evaluation method to carry out the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation of the project and build the post-evaluation model of tobacco enterprise informatization project based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation.(3)Develop a post-evaluation prototype system.On the basis of the previous theoretical research,in order to simplify the post-information project evaluation,improve the evaluation efficiency and promote the promotion of the post-evaluation mechanism,this paper uses the B/S framework,Java language,SSH framework,and Eclipse development platform to develop a set of software system for post-evaluation of tobacco enterprise informatization project,which is used for statistics,collection of evaluation data and induction of evaluation results.The research results have passed the expert evaluation and acceptance organized by Anhui Tobacco Company and have been put into use in Maanshan Tobacco Company.After the trial,we have got satisfactory feedback,and now it has been promoted and used by tobacco companies in the whole province.
