As a basic chemical raw material, the cleaning and conversion of the coal have an impact on our economy and environment. Coal gasification method has been widely used by coal chemical enterprises because of its unique characteristics. A lot of waste water will be produced in the process of coal gasification, but it contains many substances that can be used once again. Therefore, they should be recycled from waste water. Phenol ammonia recyclable device is used to recycle phenol, ammonia, acid gas pollutants in the lugi coal gasification wastewater. Rectifier is mainly used in phenol ammonia recyclable technology to dislodge ammonia, acid gases substances in the wastewater. It is the highest part in Phenol ammonia recovery unit energy consumption. This article is focus on energy research for deaminase态 deacidification stripping process.Firstly, the original process was simulated. In simulation, the composition and thermodynamic characteristics of the system are analyzed, and then construct a corresponding analog system. The simulation results are good agreement with the actual working conditions data. On the basis of accurate simulation, date is demarcated. From the simulation results can be analyzed, there is an insufficient heat utilization disadvantage in the original process and energy efficiency is not high.Secondly, according to the characteristics of the wastewater system, introduced differential pressure thermal coupling technology to improve the deacidification deaminase process. The deaminase tower is high pressure tower; the deacidification tower is low pressure tower. The heat is carried in overhead gas of deaminase tower is used to heat source of bottom in the deacidification tower. Applications of simulation software, the process parameters of differential pressure thermal coupling deaminase and deacidification distillation stripping process are defined. The results showed that tacking differential pressure thermal coupling technology can reach the processing requirements, and tons of water steam consumption reduces about53kg, energy consumption reduces22.3%.Lastly, this article also tries to apply steam compression technique to the original deaminase and deacidification process. The gas on the top of deaminase tower is compressed and heated in order to provide heat for the bottom. Finally, through the analysis of simulation results and the comparison with the first two processes, we come to the conclusion that steam compression process is better than the first two processes, and tons of water steam consumption reduces about101kg, energy consumption reduces43%.
