As an important auxiliary transport equipment of coal, endless rope winch, with its unique advantages, holds considerable market share in China. However, with the development of haulage roadway, higher demands are raised for endless rope winch, and traditional endless rope winch exposes more problems, which includes huge system impact when starting and stopping, the running speed become unstable when driving into a railway’s slope mutation, where the tractor are likely driving off the road. In order to solve these problems, this thesis did researches below.Firstly, by discussing current endless rope winch’s technical states, the thesis point out that the key point to solve traditional endless rope’s problem is to change the system’s manner of speed governing and controlling. According to this, a variable frequency pump-control-winch with speed governing and controlling system based on PLC controller was put forward here. By designing and calculating the main hydraulic system, model selection of the key components was completed. Then, according to the control target and demands, the thesis designed the hardware system and software system of the variable frequency control systemAfterward, the speed governing and control system were divided into two parts, the vector control part of asynchronous motor and the main hydraulic loop part. The tow parts’mathematic models and simulation models in MATLAB/Simulink environment was established respectively at first, then packaged and combined into the whole simulation models of speed governing and control system of variable frequency pump-control-winch endless rope winch.Besides that, after analyzing the speed governing and control system, the thesis formulated a dual-loop control strategy, which constituted by inner PID control algorithm and outer fuzzy control algorithm, to improve the stability of speed governing. And vast simulation researches were completed for the whole speed governing and control system of the endless rope winch. Finally, parameters with high control qualities were obtained.At last, plenty experiments were performed to validate the theoretical researches of the speed governing and control system of variable frequency pump-control-winch endless rope winch, and the transporting quality were proved too.
