As the main traction equipment in mine rail transport, the application of minetransport winch is extremely extensive, and the safe operation is relational to the mineauxiliary transportation. At present mine transport winch are driven by a motor, and choosedifferential speed as the mechanical method. There are poor speed performance, easily tocause accidents, relative difficult operation, and quickly brake lining wear. Using the motor-hydraulic drive mode to design a new transport winch, will be able to replace thetraditional transport winch, effectively improve the defects.Refer to the relevant literature at home and abroad and related industry standards, thepaper defects and analysis of the existing flaws in the process of using transport winch,with the common drive mode, put forward the new motor-hydraulic compound drivemode. The paper introduces the structure and working principle, discusses emphatically thedesign key points of hydraulic system drive part and analysis of the auxiliary brake systemin brief, with remote controlling operation, lower speed and heavily load running smoothlyand continuously variable transmission smooth. The new winch gets rid of the traditionalwinch mode of operation, improves the safety and feasibility of winch operation andequipment operating efficiency, and effectively saves labor, easily in popularization andapplication in coal transportation.Through analysis and investigating on transport winch field, the paper obtain itsoperating parameters, designs and calculates of the mechanical parts of the maincomponents, including the drum part, planetary reducer, braking system and so on. Basedon ANSYS finite element analysis software, the key components (cylinder and theplanetary wheel frame) are static analysis to check the stiffness and strength of eachcomponent whether meet the requirements, to modify the structural parameters.Combined transport winch operating parameters, the paper calculates and selects thecomponents of hydraulic system, including hydraulic motor, hydraulic pump, directionalcombination valve. Calculating, the system heat, the paper selects the appropriate coolingdevice. To establish the corresponding mathematical model of the hydraulic system, thepaper determines the main factors affect on the motor rotation speed. Based on thesimulation software AMESim, the simulation model of hydraulic system is established.Under the different load, different inertia and different directional signal, the dynamicresponse of the hydraulic motor is achieved to correct the hydraulic transmission system.Analysis of motion state in the roller wire rope during the running process, the paper investigates the rope device of common, puts forward a new method for automatic ropeelectromagnetic clutch, intrduces the main structure components and the working principleand. It selectes and calculates electromagnetic clutch and a limit switch, to automaticalarranget wire normal roping.Through the finite element analysis and hydraulic simulation analysis shows thattransport winch structure strength the developed stiffness to meet the requirements of thehydraulic system, with the dynamic rapid response, convenient operating, good speedperformance, safety and reliability. So the application can replace electric winch, whichhas high practical value in coal transportation safety.
