With the accelerating process of global economic integration, the development of the manufacturing industry has entered sophisticated stage, and the automotive industry due to the huge scale of production, capital and technology-intensive high degree and a strong economic effect and other characteristics, to a large extent influence the development of manufacturing and progress. Most current automotive industry has entered a stage of flexible welding production line, but still use the manual approach to production management, not only inefficient, large errors, poor real-time, and the operation is complicated, and can not adapt to efficient production line automation systems. Therefore, matching the characteristics of the suitable production line for the enterprise production management system, improve the management level of enterprises and workshop for production line has become the most concerned about the problem for all enterprises.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the automobile muffler welding production lines and factories in the past the defects of artificial management, production line monitoring and management system is developed. First introduced welding production line analysis, systems development requirements analysis, feasibility analysis, business process analysis and data flow analysis; then describes the system design process, including the design principles of the system, network architecture, the overall program and database design. Finally, to show the realization of all the functional modules and gives some key technologies applied to debug procedures.This paper develops a production line monitoring and management system has been successfully applied to well-known manufacturer of heavy-duty truck parts factory car muffler welding production lines. All of the production management system function modules: user rights management, production monitoring, enterprise management, order management, production plan management, schedule management, workshop management error prevention management, data acquisition, production information review and production instruction function module, are able to run normally, realize the corresponding function, meet the actual demand of welding production line and some special requirements on the management of the manufacturer. |
