With the advancement of science technology and the improvement of management level,the production managers,software developers,and planning and design staff have to confront plenty of complex information about the oil development and management.Facing with the opportunities and challenges brought with information management,the QiLiCun oil production plant,a century-old factory,is deploying strategy actively and carrying out rapidly.In view of existing problems in the original production management software and production operation management model,the Oil Production Management System designed and developed by our project team adopts scientific and reasonable development technology,advanced information management idea and accurate math model.The application result show the information management of oil production operation and basic data are geared to science,advanced and orderly after using the system.The paper’s main work include:Give system requirements analysis of Oil Production Management System based on enough investigation and research;Ascertain the development model and design system architecture by analyzing the basic functions,development models,development methods,development tools and development technologies and their features;Integrate all business data and design system’s database;Design and Implementation the main function modules,design the changed position recognition algorithm of storage tank and create the capacity calibration model of oil tank;Design test cases for the system,test the system,and analyze the tested result.The system design and implementation combine with the actual production scheduling management tightly,and the system has been used in QiLiCun Oil production plant.The system provides all-round and multi-level information service and decision support for the production management and Leadership decision,improve the production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity and promote the healthy and orderly development of the enterprise. |
