In recent years, the gas accident accounted for the proportion of coal mineaccidents is more and more, this situation makes the mine gas monitoring systemdeveloped quickly. System level of electromagnetic compatibility is good or bad,directly affect the system work stably and reliably, the research of gas monitoringsystem of electromagnetic compatibility is particularly important. This paper studyhow to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the system, do a lot of simulationexperiments.This paper focuses on how to improve the system electromagnetic compatibility,and as taking the development status of the research on electromagnetic compatibilityof mine gas safety monitoring system in our country’s premise was simple introduced.First of all, on the electromagnetic environment monitoring system face is analyzed,this paper studies the various aspects of the system are faced with the electromagneticenvironment, kinds of jamming noise and the main way of coupling noise. Then, thearticle focuses on improving the system measures the level of EMC, and theimplementation of these measures will be discussed in detail. The simulationexperiment of the IIR filter to remove the noise effect was carried out with theLabview8.5, and the simulation of shield technology using Ansoft HFSS software. Thesimulation results validate the effects of opening cracks and holes in the shieldingdevice due to the shielding effectiveness. It has certain significance on the shieldingdevice design.Finally, this paper puts forward the shielding device structure design of a hornshaped holes, and the simulation experiments are carried out on the structure by usingAnsoft HFSS software. Experimental results show that the structure of the horn canimprove the shielding effectiveness of the no-complete shielding device in a certainextent. This structure can be achieved in the manufacturing process places promotion.
