Electric Wheels Autonomous Dump Truck is a kind of non-road cars that do short-distance transports in surface mine or large construction sites,it has huge load capacity and large power, with advantages of simple chassis structure, flexible operation, high reliability, good economy ect. so it has been widely popular in large open-air mining transportation. Way of electric traction is required to be adopted for large tonnage transportation efficiently, which requires the characteristics for good traction, braking, excitation control of the traction drive system. From this point of view, its electric drive system is similar to diesel locomotive’s. Both of which are powered by the battery and draw support from the starting unit to start up diesel engine, and the diesel engine is used as the prime mover to drive the synchronous traction generator to generate three-phase alternating current, after the inverter device, the three-phase current is turned into various types of electricity that fits for all operating conditions of the traction motor power.This paper first introduces the current situation and the development trend of the electric wheel autonomous dump truck at home and abroad, and later its overall structure, then the overall design of the AC drive system and its control system, and the chopper control of the braking resistor, and the vehicle traction characteristics, and then design and calculate the electrical traction and braking characteristics.Then introduce the principle of AC speed regulation, after the classification and comparison of the AC speed regulation, we resolve to adopt the vector control strategy, after the research and analysis of its principle, mathematical model, and the coordinate transformation technology, then adopt the direct vector control technology with speed sensor, Scheme out the flux observer based on the synthesis of the current and the voltage model, then study the modulation modes and the implementation algorithm of SVPWM control strategy, select the DSP of TMS320F2812type based in TI as the microprocessor, then design the related circuit and software flow. Then study and design the excitation control system of the three-phase synchronous generator with brush-less exciting regulator, then scheme out fuzzy adaptive tuning PID controller based on the traditional PID and fuzzy control.Finally, establish the Matlab/Simulink model for the main circuit AC-DC-AC vector control system of the Electric Wheels Autonomous Dump Truck, through simulation experiments. It turns out that the vector control system has good dynamic characteristics, living up to the desired design requirements. |
