With the development of economic construction,the demand for water increases. With the increase of environmental protection degree,environmental protection,water conservation and pollution control have the same importance,and therefore develop a new environment-friendly polymer DISPERSOR meeting with the requirements of environmental protection which is non-phosphorus,nitrogen-free,and biodegradable is an important issue in the field of water treatment.On this background,this article summarizes the types,development and trend of the environment-friendly scale inhibitors.In-depth understanding of that the polymer structure can affect the biodegradablity,we finally developed an economical,efficient and environment-friendly maleic anhydride terpolymer scale dispersant.In this paper,using maleic anhydride,vinyl acetate and acrylic as monomers aiming at the integrated performance targets of scale inhibition and biodegradability.Through the selection and optimization of process conditions to obtain optimum conditions,and evaluated a wide range performances of the polymer product.The results showed that the polymer product has better overall performance,and it is an excellent water treatment chemical.Meanwhile,this paper also evaluated the economic indicators and cost of the product.The results showed that the polymers product using the process to synthesize,compared with most commercial water treatment chemicals,has lower cost,greater profit margins,and therefore has a greater price advantage,so its market prospect is broad.The results of the "compatibility" research showed that the "compatibility" of the terpolymer DISPERSOR is good.The screened imidazoline without phosphorus compound formula not only has less polluting potential for the environment,but also has good corrosion and scale inhibition performence,so it is suitable to be used in the conditions under high concentration.
