Oil as the main energy today,with the development of society,we demand more and more of it.Today,oil and gas exploration shows the trend of energy from land and offshore shallow and deep toward the development of land.It requires much more complex oil and gas field exploration and development,because of the high cost,common drilling machine mining complex reservoir by conventional drilling method,can’t be implemented.However,Top-drive drilling system,with its outstanding features and benefits,as the international drilling projects,necessary equipment,is imperative application at the domestic level.The equipment manufacturing industry in our country is facing a serious challenge of international competition,compared with foreign technology,Top-drive drilling machine automation level is not advanced,there is still a big gap in deep wells(4500-6000m) and ultra deep wells(6000-9000m).Study on deep well drilling Top-drive drilling system equipment has great significance,it not only can fill in gaps in scientific drilling deep wells and equipment, but also provide us the new ideas of product design and development in the future.According to the Petroleum and natural gas industry standards of The people’s Republic of China SY/T6726-2008’The top drive drilling machine’,References now mainly using requirements of top drive drilling equipment.This paper choose drilling depth is9000meters in the name of the top drive drilling system as the research direction,through compared with the present domestic several big brand advantages and disadvantages of the same kind equipment in detail,and on the basis of successful experience and mature technology,based on the successful experience and mature technology of DQ-40BS, DQ-60D and DQ-70BS,on the whole equipment,according to industry standards to the provisions of the relevant parts in the primary structure scheme and design parameters,experience parameters, For the whole device, according to the industry standards in compliance with the relevant provisions of parts, choose the primary structure,design parameters and determine the experience argument.Through the calculation of the main parts of top drive device design, determine the main structure of DQ-90at the top of the drive. Aim at the bearing parts, including the Top-drive drilling system main load-bearing parts-rings, Top drive core working parts-the power output shaft. And the vulnerability of jaws set up Three-dimensional modeling, make the finite element analysis and stress analysis, structure optimization design and check the strength. Applied mechanics knowledge and strength theory, and check the strength of the parts, determine the size.Because the development history of Top-drive drilling machine is not long, the current domestic about the design of Top drive drilling machine and the information analysis and calculation is very lack. Therefore, the research methods, means and results of this paper has very important directive significance to develop new drilling drive system and popularize the basic theory of Top drive drilling system.
