China is a developing country, with a backward economy and population in our country basic national conditions. Our country is a big country resource, rich resources, and wide variety. But less per capita resources, not only lower than some developing countries and developed countries, and even resources is lower than the world mean level, with the rapid economic development, Environmental issues has gradually become China’s economic development process are confronted with the most important issue. Environment to provide people with life and production conditions is the necessary guarantee of economic development. The defense and key of nature can provide physical support for economic development, and economic development can provide the better conditions for the protection of environment.Therefore, retrieving valuable constituents from waste residue, waste, water and exhaust gas of industrial production is an important task. China’s Jinchuan company nickel production of100000tons a year, at present has produced many of solid particles because the increase of nickel production which has no fixed ways. According to statistics, at present, Storage of slag has about hundred of thousand tons annually. and that the values has cultured at a excellent price, medial next to10000tons per annum.A great many of experts and scholars do a lot of studies on Copper Slag chlorine leaching residue. Including organic solvent method, sodium sulfide leaching method, ammonium sulfide leaching method and so on, but there are some problems. The way of retrieval sulfur from Copper Slag chlorine leaching residue with alkali can recycle sulfur, Ni, Co and other element efficiently. Which make comprehensive use of the mineral resources, and the process is simple, the demand for equipment is low, easy to reach industrialization and have high economic value.The way of retrieving sulfur from copper spare leached by chlorine can recycle sulfur, Ni, Co and other element efficiently. In this study, copper slag chlorine leaching residue was used as raw material, natrium oxyhydrate and attenuant were used as the product, and oxygen was used as the oxidant. The influences of sodium hydroxide solution concentration, temperature, time, and liquid-solid rate on the retrieval of sulfur were discussed. we can conclude that the recycle ratio of sulphur is96.5%and the quality of element sulphur reach99.3%.which show that elemental sulfur in Copper Slag chlorine residue that nearly all by Slag chlorine leaching residue which the end the filtrate detected show that Copper is0.07mg/L, nickel is0.13mg/L, co is0.07mg/L. Thus it can be seen that the method is provided with high metal enrichment rate which could reach the national drainage standard for industrial waste water.
