| Biological fluidized bed technology is a biochemical treatment technology of wastewater treatment which based on biological membrane method, it is applied to the study in the treatment of organic wastewater for more than20years of history and widely used in the treatment of life wastewater, brewery wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, landfill leachate, coking wastewater, papermaking wastewater and other industrial wastewater. As the most typical and important reactor in the technology of biological fluidized bed, inner loop three-phasebiological fluidized bed reactor use the purify principle of the traditional biological membrane method as the foundation, apply the fluidization technology to unifies the activated sludge and biofilm together organically in the process of operation, it has the characteristics of high volume load, fast reaction rate, small occupation area, moreover it can greatly save the equipment investment and the cost of sludge treatment, which is considered to be one of the most promising sewage treatment technology. However, the application of this technology is not much, the main reason is the research of the structural parameters, operation parameters of the reactor and the application in the specific waste water is not deep enough and problem of reactor scale-up din’t have a very good solution as well.In this paper, the three-phase double circulation integrate biological fluidized bed reactor which independently designed with the total effective volume of46.2894L and total height of1.25m was studied as the object of research, we study the effect to liquid circulation time, the total average gas holdup(εg), carrier fluidized stat which generated by the structure parameters like the ratio of height to diameter, height and diameter of draft tube, bottom aeration device, external circulating reflux device and separator baffle in reactor by experiment, summarized the practical and effective application rules as the reference resources for the enlarged experiment of the reactor. Considering the performance demand of the reactor, the optimal structure parameters are determined.After the optimal structure parameters of the reactor were determined based on basic experiments, the hydraulic parameters such as Reynolds number, rise velocity, circulation velocity and flow velocity of settling zone were calculated by hydraulic calculation formula according to the basic datas, the changing rules of the liquid flow rate and flow state in some key parts in reactor were observed and calculated In the meantime, these datas could make the foundations of starting and running experiments of the reactor and also provide reference for understanding and handling the operation rules of the reactor... |
