Study On Supplier Evaluation And Selection Based On Green Supply Chain Management

In view of the shortage of resources and environmental pollution increasingly serious today, facing the strict environmental protection system, how to pursue both economic benefits and the coordinated development of the supply chain and the environment will become an important means and guarantee for success in the market competition factors. The green supply chain management, which is a new management mode of the core enterprise under the sustainable development, has been widely recognized and valued in academic circles and enterprises circles. The supplier management is an important part of the green supply chain management and it is the green supply chain and logistics management implementation. Through the coordination and cooperation with suppliers, enterprises can reduce costs, reduce resource consumption, improve the environment and can quickly respond to market demand, improve the core competitiveness, establish a corporate social image. The evaluation and selection of suppliers is the core content of green supplier management and is also an important link of green supplier management implementation.Based on the comprehensive, on the basis of predecessors’ research results, the green supply chain management under the environment of supplier evaluation and selection are discussed in this paper. This thesis mainly uses the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) related theory, through to the upstream suppliers in the product information, geographic location, green information, development ability, service and so on to select suitable for their own situation of green supplier selection index with comparative analysis, and use scientific methods to determine the weight of each selected indicators. Based on the green supplier evaluation system which could fit for enterprises development, and then through the study of the case study of a specific company, relevant data to get the part of the theory to analyze the empirical method, this paper puts forward the green supplier to choose the suitable for enterprise development. In terms of research methods, this thesis mainly adopts the theory and case study, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, this can be reference for enterprise in the practical application.
