Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the atmosphere from coal-fired flue gas.Our country is of burning a great deal of coal, Therefore, flue gas desulfurization and denitrification is one of the effective ways to control the pollution of sulfur dioxide and nitrous oxides. So far,a series of mature technologies have successively developed to remove SO2and NOx and some have been used in industrialized,such as DESONOX technology, SNAP technology and activated carbon technique.The study of desulfurization and denitrification technology in China exist some difficulties such as the large investment, high operating costs and much occupied land. With the ever-increasing enhancement of environmental protection requirement, it is urgent to develop the new, highly effective and economic technology applied to simultaneous removal of SO2and NO.Based the seniors’ research, the article based on the low cost alkaline wastewater of NaClO by adding NaClO2composite absorption liquid. The experimental study on simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification was made in a self-designed packed tower. The test result showed that the optimum operating parameters were:.the concentration of NaC102was3mmol/L, the pH value of the absorbent was13,the L/G was8L/m3, the reaction temperature was50℃. In the optimum test condition, the desulfurization and denitrification efficiencies could respectively retain100%and89.1%.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents, The mechanism of the simultaneous desulforation and denitration using NaC102was systematically summarized. The denitrification of the NaClO/NaClO2solution was showed depending crucially o CIO2formed in the reaction between NaClO and NaClO2.Based the factory conditions, this study designs a new technology of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification by composite NaC102/NaCI0absorption solution. This method has the advantage of low-cost absorbent, simple equipment, simple operation and high removal efficiencies, so this research has a good prospect in industry application. |
