At present, the problem of air pollution has increasingly attracted our attention, a series of air pollution problems including acid rain, the greenhouse effection and light pollution continue to affect human health. The main reason for these problems is the large number of the coal-fired flue gas emissions, it’s necessary to enhance the control. The traditional flue gas treatment is a device to deal with a pollution, and has some disadvantages, for example:large investment costs, high operation costs, covering large area. The technology of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification will become the primary direction of dealing with the flue gas in the future to solve the problems brought by the traditional methods. The article select the the urea as the absorbent, NaClO2was selected as an addition to do a experiment study of simulated flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.Studying the effects of varies operating parameters on the desulfurization and denitrification by CO(NH2)2/NaClO2compound absorbent were studied in a self-designed spraying tower. The test results showed the best condions:The concertration of urea was0.4%, The concertration of NaC102was3mmol/L, the volume of the liquid was 10L, the initial concentration of SO2was2000mg/m3, the initial concentration of NO was2000mg/m3, the temperature was40℃, the flue gas flux was20m3/h; the L/G was20L/m3.With these condisions the desulfurization and denitrification were99.6%and56.8%.The text has a theoretical study on the mechanism of the composite absorbent and deduce the possible reaction equation. Through the calculation of the thermodynamic parameters△G0、K0、△H0and the calculation of the partial pressures of SO2and NO at different temperatures, to verify the feasibility of the reaction. And then comparing the economic by comparing the traditional SCR and SNCR methods. To explore a new method of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification which has low cost, high removal rate, stable operation., CO(NH2)2/NaClO2composite absorbent was selected to study on the desulfurization and denitrification of the flue gas to lay the necessary theoretical foundation for the in-depth research in future and industrial test.
