The comparison results of Goodsync software, Filegee software, Allway sync software and SyncBack software, founds that the four synchronization software have similar functions, but the Syncback can create a working group, at the same time or single step synchronization, while the former three softwares does not have this advantage.(2)Each piece of the spinneret has multiple test reports and the every test report has a number of indicators of multiple micropores. In the process of construction of the table, first analyse the whole logical framework, then establish the model data table, the plate number data table, the detecting and recording data table, the detailed record data table, the total design table and the setting table in turn. Make the relation between tables reasonable, then step by step increase the surface properties and function, finally to solve the problems associated with the quality of spinneret as much as possible. (3)According to the spinneret information data of different types, the design of decision rules are mainly on the circular, clover, flat, cross in accordance with the requirements of Spinning process. Specific models of the spinneret are the88-144-0.16X0.5model of circular, the77-36-0.22X0.6model of circular, the85-48-YX0.7model of clover, the70-24-YX0.5model of clover and the XL-77-36-(0.06X0.6)X.5model of flat.(4)The design of form, is mainly on the update data form, the classification form, the query data form, the entry data form and the setting form, in order to make the operation convenient on guaranteeing the function as far as possible.The quality management software of spinneret has combined with the detector at present and applied to the spinneret detection platform. According to the decision rule, the spinnerets can be divided into excellent, good, poor, in grade, easy to find the different level of the spinneret as well as the current status, to provide services for the selection of spinneret.
