The assembly of complex products is a typical discrete assembly.Its quality data is diverse and complicated,which leads difficult collection.Besides,the management of quality data attaches great importance to traceability,assembly process quality data management has become the one of the key and difficult tasks in current complex product research work.According to assembly process of complex product,the quality data management and data package output technology of complex product's assembly process are studied in this paper.The fruition of above research is validated by developing a software system and its practical application.The main contains of this paper show as following:1.The research background and status of quality data management at home and abroad is discussed.The purpose,significance and source of the paper are introduced.2.Based on the introduction of complex product's assembly process management flow,the characteristics and the management goal are analyzed.The structure of the software system is analyzed and the three main technologies are introduced.3.The collection and organization technology of quality data is studied,including quality data collection model of assembly process based on multilevel nested process,in which data acquisition method is adopted for different types of quality data,and quality data organization method of assembly process based on BOM.To ensure the integrity and validity of the assembly process quality data,the evolution process of quality data under reverse flow is analyzed.4.The quality data integration management technology is studied.To accomplish real-time and visualized monitoring of the quality information of each station and process on the assembly site,the visualized monitoring method of quality data based on the station layout and the monitoring method of data collection progress based on the flow are proposed.To attach high traceability,the quality problem traceability method is proposed.5.The quality data packet generation technology of assembly process is studied.The enterprise information management system integration framework oriented to product lifecycle is analyzed which realizes the data exchange between the information management systems.The concept and composition of assembly quality data packet are analyzed and its generation algorithm is proposed.6.Based on the research results above,the quality data management system for assembly process of complex product based on B/S structure was developed.
